Located south of Yong’an Fishing Port, the “Xinyi Green Corridor” is the largest dedicated bike path in northern Taiwan. Along the way, you’ll encounter three major scenic views: sea views, desert landscapes, and green tunnels — making it a great choice for outdoor activities with the whole family.

The Xinyi Century-old Stone Weirs are the largest group of stone weirs on the main island of Taiwan. Within just under 10 kilometers of coastline, there are over ten stone weirs with a history of over a hundred years. From afar, they resemble an underwater Great Wall.

Yong’an Fishing Port is the southernmost recreational fishing harbor in Taoyuan. On clear days, it’s perfect for fishing or taking a stroll. Its outer breakwater stretches 600 meters into the sea and ends with a lighthouse, offering a great spot to gaze at the ocean and relax.

The famous Fanjiang Old Houses in Xinyi are five traditional Hakka-style residences with simple, rustic features. Each follows a classic three-sided courtyard layout, enclosed by brick walls, and together form a square-shaped complex. They’re a great photography and sightseeing spot for history-loving travelers.
