As the year draws to a close and New Year’s Eve approaches, many theme parks have launched special New Year’s Day promotions. Travelers planning to celebrate the holiday can head to an amusement park for a fun-filled celebration of the New Year.

1. Leofoo Village
Leofoo Village Theme Park is celebrating the arrival of 2020！ It has launched a limited-time New Year’s Day promotion — if your ID number contains either “2” or “0,” you can enjoy the regular 999 TWD single-day adult ticket at the discounted price of 520 TWD！

2. E-DA World
E-DA World is celebrating the new year with its “Purple Glow E-DA, Fun is Yours” 2020 Christmas and New Year’s Eve series. Highlights include a 999-second large-scale artistic fireworks show and a drone light performance. To experience the ultimate visual spectacle — including a countdown in the sky and front-row views of the fireworks — E-DA is offering a limited-edition “Ferris Wheel New Year’s Eve Double VIP Package” for just 2,980 TWD for two people.

3. Lihpao Land

To celebrate New Year’s Day, Yongan Marine National Park is running the “2020 Sunrise, Kids' Ocean Adventure, Sleepless Night” event. This two-day itinerary features thrilling nighttime activities, including exploring the underwater kingdom through five exciting missions, as well as riding the Love Ferris Wheel to greet the first sunrise. The special event pricing is 1,899 TWD for ages 3–6 and 2,999 TWD for ages 7 and up.
