Renowned trendy Taiwanese cuisine brand Yongxin Phoenix Tea has launched a new Taiwanese-style gastropub restaurant, “Xinchao Restaurant.” The brand-new concept has landed at Taipei’s Breeze XinYi, offering a series of fashionable Taiwanese-style dishes built around fried rice.

Xinchao Restaurant inherits Yongxin Phoenix Tea’s design aesthetics in its exterior and decor, using retro geometric elements to create a highly fashionable look that gives visitors a sense of time-travel upon entry. Whether it’s the deep green color scheme, mosaic tile collages, or brass-toned furniture, every detail offers an alternative beauty of old and new blending together.

Centered around rice, Xinchao Restaurant also offers a variety of fried rice dishes, including classic thick-fried pork chop fried rice, a variation of three-cup chicken fried rice, and harbor-flavored cuttlefish roe and shrimp fried rice.
