The Miyan Stream is located in Alishan Township, Chiayi. The trailhead is next to the Alishan Township Office, with a total length of about 2.3 km. Inside the trail, there’s a beautiful Miyan Suspension Bridge spanning the stream valley, offering a tranquil and enchanting view.

The Miyan Stream Trail is also playfully nicknamed the "Maze Trail" by the cheerful Tsou tribe villagers. Winding along the Miyan Stream, the trail not only features bamboo forests but also many plum trees and rich ecological resources along the way.

The trail has several rest pavilions. During the rainy season, sitting for a while and listening to the babbling brook is extremely refreshing; even outside the rainy season, the bamboo forest path remains cool and shady, making for a relaxing and pleasant walk.
There are multiple rest pavilions along the trail for travelers to take a break.
The northern exit is at kilometer 66 on Provincial Highway 18, offering beautiful scenery, while the southern exit is near the Alishan Household Registration Office. Nearby is the "Beast Spring," said to be an early source of spring water. Travelers can proceed to the Lemi Suspension Bridge and then head straight to connect with the Fushan Ancient Trail.
