The annual "OPEN Big Balloon Parade," adored by children and adults alike, is here. A total of 20 giant cartoon flying balloons will hit the streets, along with a specially planned nighttime stage and Wheaty Street Dance Competition. It will make its cute debut on December 14th on Dream Mall’s boulevard in Kaohsiung, offering a most whimsical weekend outing.

Other characters you can see include HELLO KITTY, Wheaty, Kanahei’s little animals, Little Raccoon, Snowbell Bunny Popo, Cool Cat, Positive Penguin, Charlie Brown, and Peter Rabbit.

It’s not just a parade in the afternoon — on the day of the event, you can also catch the first-ever appearances of Crayon Shin-chan’s Nohara family and Action Kamen, as well as a gathering of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, gymnastics teams, marching bands, Las Vegas performance groups, cheerleading squads, creative performance troupes, parkour + basketball stunt teams, and more. Plus, boy band C.T.O will serve as parade ambassadors for the first time.
