To celebrate the launch of the new Pokémon SWITCH game “Sword/Shield,” a series of Pokémon-themed events have been rolled out, including giant Pokémon parades. Now, MyAnime Café in Xinyi District will also launch a limited-time “Pokémon Sword & Shield Shop & Café” on December 2.

The Pokémon Sword & Shield Shop & Café not only offers Pokémon-themed light meals but also introduces drinks inspired by “Sword/Shield,” such as a cute Eevee-themed mocha milk, a Jigglypuff-evoking strawberry milk, and an orange Calpis with the blue hue of the new partner character, Sobble—all highly anticipated by fans.

Moreover, to mark the grand opening of Taiwan’s first Pokémon café, the Pokémon Sword & Shield Shop & Café is adding a special “plushie meet-and-greet” event. On December 8 and 22, as well as January 12 and 27, 2020, from 12:00, 15:00, and 17:00 daily, the plush characters will appear for photo opportunities with fans.

The Pokémon Sword & Shield Shop & Café is also launching limited-edition Japan-Taiwan synchronized merchandise, including 12 collectible character mugs, acrylic diorama sets, long curtains, heartwarming plush pillows, and nearly 100 other items available exclusively in Taiwan for the first time—much to fans’ excitement.
