Frozen II Christmas Scene at Disneyland！ Seven Hotspots Across Taiwan to Capture the Magic

The globally beloved Disney classic animated film Frozen returns after six years, and Walt Disney Taiwan has teamed up with Far Eastern SOGO Department Store. From now until February 2, 2020, SOGO department stores across Taiwan will feature the must-visit Instagram spot [Frozen II: Ice Festival Christmas], bringing to life five iconic and dreamy scenes from the movie, promising fans an unforgettable Christmas memory.

Frozen magic returns. The latest installment of Frozen, eagerly awaited by global Frozen fans, hits theaters on November 21. The story of Frozen II is set three years after the first film. Queen Elsa, now ruling the kingdom, hears a mysterious call from the north, while the kingdom of Arendelle also experiences fierce winds and countless small ice crystals, making the once peaceful land no longer safe.

To save their kingdom, Elsa, along with her sister Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and the reindeer Sven, embarks on a new journey under the guidance of the Stone Troll elders. They venture into the unknown lands of the north, cross the land of the mirror, enter the misty forest, and embark on an entirely new adventure to uncover the source of the mysterious voice calling out to Elsa. Along the way, they will unexpectedly discover the origins of Elsa’s ice powers, and what challenges and difficulties Elsa and Anna will face. Walt Disney Taiwan calls on all fans to head to the cinema to unravel the mysteries of Frozen II together.

To celebrate the movie’s release, Walt Disney Taiwan has joined forces with seven Far Eastern SOGO Department Stores (Fuhsing Branch, Zhongxiao Branch, Dunhua Branch, Tianmu Branch, Zhongli Branch, Hsinchu Branch, and Kaohsiung Branch) from now until February 2, 2020, to launch the large-scale [Frozen II: Ice Festival Christmas] ice and snow display across Taiwan. The five iconic scenes from Frozen II have been brought off the big screen, immersing fans as if they were in the middle of these classic snowy settings.

Creating a spectacular scene, the super colorful “Ice Festival Tunnel” features faceted mirrored acrylic on both the interior and exterior to create a sparkling quality that adds a touch of mystery. The unknown “Misty Forest” is scattered with magical maple leaves, heralding the start of an adventurous journey. The attacked “Arendelle Castle,” one of the key scenes, invites families and children to join Elsa and Anna in defending the castle from further attacks. The mysterious “Magical Wind Spirits” hold what kind of secret power? And the fan-favorite “Hugging Olaf” is always there to bring joy and laughter.
