Fuji Bicycles, with a century-long history of exquisite Japanese craftsmanship and design, has newly launched its 2010 road bike series, making a stunning debut with a fresh paint design, a uniquely integrated seat post, and Fuji’s specially crafted bottom bracket system, ready to capture the hearts of cycling enthusiasts. To show appreciation to riders, Fuji has also specially imported the highly popular small-wheeled bikes and folding bikes from Japan, available in limited quantities across Taiwan, offering Taiwanese cycling enthusiasts the finest selection of small-wheeled models.
With Mount Fuji as its emblem and Fuji as its namesake, FUJI, upholding Japan’s professional and systematic approach, especially unveiled the newly designed FUJI SST model at the 2010 new bike launch event. The new SST features an integrated seat tube and seat post design (IST), utilizing composite materials and the manufacturer’s unique design to enhance structural integrity while reducing weight. In addition, it comes with Fuji’s specially crafted Press-In Integrated Integrated System (PIIS) bottom bracket, which can be paired with Shimano’s new BB86 wide system to achieve optimal riding performance.
The 2010 SST series is a super road bike meticulously developed by Fuji’s R&D team. In addition to inheriting its existing superior performance, its sleek and smooth special triangular top tube design immediately wowed the experts upon its debut. The specially imported Japan-limited small-wheeled and folding bikes feature a strong Japanese flavor and eye-catching paint designs. The 2010 new folding bike is even named “ORIGAMI,” symbolizing that Fuji’s folding bikes are as light as paper cranes and can be folded quickly and easily, just like origami. These Japan-limited small-wheeled and folding bikes are 100% imported from Japan—bikers who take a liking should act fast.
In conjunction with the 2010 new bike launch, Fuji Bicycles expanded the scale to host a rider experience event. In addition to showcasing the full range of new 2010 models including road bikes, single-speed bikes, mountain bikes, and women’s bikes, several premium new models were available for test rides by participants and the public at the event.
