あガぼな┼ is an Okinawan-style home dining restaurant. Its warm and cozy interior gives off a homely vibe, and the owner, Mrs. Makishi Eimi, greets guests with the most sincere smiles and service, making you feel like you’ve known each other even before saying a word. Every dish at あガぼな┼ is incredibly delicious, to the point where our reporting team, who had only planned to grab a quick bite, felt it would be a shame not to cover it. We ended up enduring our hunger just to photograph all the dishes before digging in. Hmm… Even as I write this now, I really want to go back and eat there again.
Squid Ink Seaweed Pancake
Recommended dish: “Ika Sushi Hirayachi” is made by mixing squid ink, eggs, and mozuku seaweed into the batter before pan-frying. It’s delicious when dipped in soy sauce and pairs perfectly with alcohol.
