Limited Edition Dolls Alert！Xiao Miaomei and A Liuge Make Their Stylish Debut

Since launching the “Magpie Doll” version of the tourism ambassador last January, Miaoli County has won the hearts of doll collectors. This year, the County International Cultural and Tourism Bureau has unveiled redesigned “Miaoli Tourism Dolls,” showcasing local tourism images such as woodcarving, tung blossoms, strawberries, hot springs, and indigenous culture. “Xiao Miaomei” transforms into the “Tung Blossom Fairy,” the “Strawberry Princess,” and the “Saisiyat Spirit”; while “A Liuge” dons the roles of the “Hot Spring Prince” and the “Woodcarving Master.” A total of 400 limited-edition dolls are available for each of the five designs, priced at NT$100 each or NT$400 for a set of five.

The “Tung Blossom Fairy” is charmingly designed, with a snow-white tung blossom in her hair and a coffee cup in hand, exuding the cozy joy of sipping coffee under the tung blossom trees with a shy smile. The “Strawberry Princess” sits cross-legged against a giant strawberry, radiating contentment after indulging in the fruit. The “Saisiyat Spirit” wears traditional indigenous attire, bringing delightful surprises to travelers visiting Miaoli. The “Hot Spring Prince” lounges nude in a hot spring pool, embodying pure relaxation and freedom from stress. Meanwhile, the “Woodcarving Master” holds a mallet and chisel, showcasing the craftsmanship of a master woodcarver.
