Night Tour Fun: Zhu Ming Art Museum Opens for Summer Evenings

This year’s “Summer Evening Open House” event is themed “Light & Shadow · Drama—Freely Roaming,” transforming the entire museum into a “theater” where you can freely wander and appreciate art. It features an “Art Drama” composed of brilliant artistic creations and a “Night Drama” that plays with light and shadow using the museum’s art season commemorative fan, allowing visitors to enjoy the interplay of art and illumination at Zhu Ming Art Museum.

By day, the Zhu Ming Art Museum is like a giant amusement park, with works from the Tai Chi and Human Realm series in the outdoor exhibition area to the indoor display spaces—you can interact with whatever catches your fancy. At night, the museum takes on a different kind of beauty, especially when viewing the sculptures bathed in light, where you can more keenly feel the grandeur of Tai Chi martial arts. Most uniquely, under the contrast of night sky and lighting, through the interaction of light and silhouette, you can cast your own shadow on the walls, interacting with the silhouettes of the artworks to create some truly fun and memorable images.
