Tigerair Taiwan launches Taipei–Osaka route; inaugural fare starts at NT$1,088 on May 28

Tigerair Taiwan today (May 27) announced that it will officially launch the Taipei–Osaka route on July 3, making it the airline’s third destination in Japan.

Tigerair Taiwan stated that in the initial phase of the route, there will be one daily flight, departing at 06:40 and returning to Taiwan at 21:05. To accommodate the new Taipei–Okinawa route launching on June 29 and the Osaka route on July 3, Tigerair Taiwan will also welcome an A320 aircraft to its fleet. By late June, the airline’s fleet will expand from three to five aircraft.

To celebrate the new route, Tigerair Taiwan will offer a promotional introductory fare starting from NT$1,088 for a one-way ticket from 12:00 noon on May 28, 2015 to 11:59 pm on May 29, 2015. Travel dates are valid until October 24, 2015. Passengers who wish to take the shuttle bus can also purchase the transfer service when booking online. (All prices are exclusive of tax)
