Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Adds 2 New Stops and Promotional Packages – Golden Waterfall Is Now Closer

The Northeast Coast Taiwan Tourist Shuttle – Golden Fulong Line today announced the addition of two new stops: Golden Waterfall and Nanya Nanxin Temple, and has launched two new package deals for the summer season. These offerings now cover a total of 11 major attractions and six multilingual tour packages, with prices starting as low as NT$179.

The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Golden Fulong Line was officially launched on June 4, 2011, running from Ruifang through Jiufen to Fulong. It originally included nine tourist attractions in northern Taiwan. This year, two new major stops — “Golden Waterfall” and “Nanya Nanxin Temple” — have been added to expand the sightseeing area. Additionally, all vehicles have been upgraded to low-floor buses to create a barrier-free travel environment.

Fang Zhengguang, director of the Northeast Coast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, stated that as of the end of April this year, the Golden Fulong Line had surpassed 840,000 passengers. The “Longdong Four Seasons Bay Yacht Carnival,” launched in May and June this year, features six major themes — culture, cuisine, fashion, art, ocean, and happiness — to promote tourism activities, and is expected to drive a new wave of growth.

In addition to continuing to offer four classic tour packages this year, the Golden Fulong Line will also launch the Longdong Four Seasons Bay Sea Yacht Fun and North Taiwan Fubaby Regional Tour Joint Ticket for the summer season, with prices ranging from NT$179 to NT$899, making it convenient for travelers to experience the beauty of the Northeast Coast.
