The Zhutang Township Sports Association, in collaboration with the "Building a Sports Island" initiative, organized a parent-child bike ride adventure, attracting over 300 parent-child pairs. In the morning, they cycled through the fields, visiting attractions such as Cihang Temple, Jiulong Big Banyan, and Zeng Family Fort. Many first-time participants remarked that they had no idea their hometown was so beautiful!

The chairman of the Zhutang Sports Association, Lin Junxi, said that to encourage fitness for all, the event was held during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday to rally local residents for a parent-child bike ride. The round-trip route covered approximately 14 kilometers, with participation from various sectors including County Councilor Wu Shujuan and the Farmers' Association Director Zhan Guangxin.

Whether on mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, or ladies’ bikes, all participating families enjoyed a slow-paced, fulfilling day. They assembled at Cihang Temple, pedaled through rural farmland, and arrived at the Jiulong Big Banyan by the Zhuoshui River—claimed to be the largest banyan tree in the country—to relax under its shade. They then headed to Zeng Family Fort in Tiantou Village for some leisure time.
