Additionally, after finding a restaurant, you can share it with friends in a chat room with just one click—no need to copy and paste a URL. When searching for a place, besides basic info like contact details and services offered, you can also read “reviews” to see what customers think, or share your own visit experience by rating the place, leaving comments, and uploading photos.

LINE TAXI
No need to download another app to book a ride in the future!The second new service introduced is “LINE TAXI.” Now, just add the LINE TAXI official account (@linetaxi) and register successfully, and you’ll get a “first ride 100 NT coupon and a 30 NT discount coupon for the second ride.”
You can book rides instantly or make reservations via the LINE service page or the LINE TAXI official account, and you can also include personal requests and notes when booking. What I find especially convenient is that one of the options is “pet-friendly,” so you don’t have to worry about the driver refusing to let your pet on board!
After filling in your requirements and entering the address, the screen will display estimated fare, travel distance, trip duration, and passenger requests. Once the reservation is successful, additional info such as the driver’s name, affiliated company, car model, and license plate number will be shown.
During the ride, you can use the “real-time GPS trip record” to share your location with friends. After arriving at your destination, the total fare will be displayed, and you can pay via LINE Pay, LINE POINTS, credit card, or cash. After getting off, you can also rate the driver (and drivers can rate passengers).
