Huison Forest Farm is also home to the largest number of Taiwan cypress trees in Taiwan. The Taiwan cypress is the only gymnosperm in the world with "Taiwan" as its genus name. Alongside China’s metasequoia, ginkgo, and America’s giant sequoia, it is recognized as one of the most representative living fossils globally. Wooden hammocks are set up between the trees, allowing you to lazily lie down, rest a while, and breathe in the fragrant forest air — extremely relaxing.

Famous for its mountain springs and red maple foliage, Aowanda features over 10 varieties of foliage-changing plants, including sweet gum, mountain maple, Taiwan cherry, and cork oak, adding rich visual delights to the forest landscape. Within the park, several streams flow along the area between the North and South Wan-da Rivers, where you can enjoy views of wild mountain streams. The red maple forests paired with the soothing sounds of the flowing water create a truly refreshing experience.

Located in Ren'ai Township, Nantou, Wujie Dam is a river-blocking weir primarily used to intercept water from the main course of the Zhuoshui River and the Wanda River. It channels the water through aqueducts to Sun Moon Lake for storage, making it a highly important reservoir. While the beauty of Sun Moon Lake is internationally famous, the nearby Wujie Dam is often overlooked. Here, you’ll find lakeside scenery that feels like a fairyland, and the surrounding Wujie Village is a serene, mountain-surrounded hidden gem — well worth a visit for travelers.

Situated in Qingjing Farm, where all four seasons are distinct and at an altitude of 1,700 meters, Old England features a Tudor-style manor inn.
