Canaan Group’s Canaan Huafeng Hotel hosted children from underprivileged families on the 19th at the Fantasy Magic Castle, the only in-hotel, family-oriented amusement facility in central and southern Taiwan, built with an investment of tens of millions of NT dollars. The kids experienced an early Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, expressing amazement and joy throughout the day.

Since its establishment, Canaan Group has been actively involved in local public welfare and care for vulnerable communities. In addition to organizing community blood donation events from time to time, it also held its first public welfare marathon last year. With the recent completion of the parent-child facility — Fantasy Magic Castle and the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, the group specially organized the “Fantasy Magic Castle Mid-Autumn Public Welfare Event” to allow children from underprivileged families to celebrate the festival early.

Chen Jian?, General Manager of Canaan Huafeng Hotel, stated that the “Fantasy Magic Castle” at Canaan Huafeng is the nation’s first standalone parent-child facility. It was completed and opened last week. Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel specially invited children from Xiuyuan Orphanage, as well as parents and their children from low- to middle-income families in the nearby neighborhoods, to enjoy parent-child fun together at the newly opened “Fantasy Magic Castle.” Normally, parents are busy with work and careers, often having little time to take their children out. Canaan Huafeng Hotel hopes this event will help strengthen parent-child relationships and allow everyone to enjoy an early celebration of the festive Mid-Autumn spirit.

Canaan Huafeng Hotel also focuses on the parent-child tourism market within domestic travel and has specifically planned the “Fantasy Magic Castle” children's play area.

Tourists visiting Chiayi with children sometimes face the issue of kids being too energetic at night to sleep, making it difficult for adults to rest as well. To address this, Canaan Huafeng Hotel’s “Fantasy Magic Castle” features a massive stainless steel slide descending from the second floor to the first. The second floor also includes a Rainbow Sacred Tree zone, a climbing area, a soft play zone, a Bee Lele House (toddler zone), and a Fantasy Elf Ship (toddler zone), allowing children to burn off energy and have a blast. The second floor is like a paradise for kids, while the first floor offers a family dining area.

Chen Jian? pointed out that the massive stainless steel slide in the “Fantasy Magic Castle,” which goes from the second floor to the first, was designed by an international designer. It cost 4 million NT dollars and was handcrafted into an irregularly shaped, high-speed slide. Not only is its design unique, but it also provides an exhilarating experience suitable for both adults and children. However, children under two years old must be accompanied by a parent. Currently, hotel guests can use it for free, while non-guests under two years old (inclusive) are also admitted free of charge.
