As the hot summer approaches and the sweet mango season arrives, The House Boutique Hotel’s La Farfalla Italian Restaurant has specially incorporated refreshing fruit flavors, while Pashatina Bakery has introduced a variety of pastries made with the season’s beloved Irwin mangoes. At the Pier-2 Warehouse Restaurant, two limited-edition frozen treats—the mango sorbet and mango sundae—are now available.
Starting today, La Farfalla Italian Restaurant at The House Boutique Hotel has unveiled 11 new refined main courses for lunch and dinner, including braised duck leg with peach, wild berry sauce, and pistachio crumbs; roasted Basque pork with caramelized pineapple and yuzu sauce; Pompano fish from Penghu with cheesy bamboo shoots and champagne sauce; and crab meat and lobster juice risotto with grilled wild crayfish. The bountiful buffet also features seasonal Italian appetizers such as sweet pepper cheese, mango chicken salad, fruity duck, tuna sauce veal, and spicy seafood cold noodle salad.

June is the perfect time to enjoy sweet mangoes. Pashatina Bakery has launched a variety of pastries made with the season’s beloved Irwin mangoes, including the extremely popular “Mango Mille Crêpes,” as well as single-serving delights like “French Passion Mango Jelly,” “Mango Mille-Feuille,” and “Mango Cheese Cake,” all perfect for afternoon tea. Bread options include the classic “Fermented Mango” and “Mango Cheese” loaves.
Located in the Pier-2 Art Center, Pashatina Pier-2 Warehouse Restaurant has also introduced two limited-edition frozen treats—the “Mango Sorbet” and “Mango Sundae”—both made with fresh diced Irwin mangoes and homemade mango sauce.
