Vietjet announces 500 additional domestic flights in Vietnam during summer vacation

Vietjet today (11th) announced it will add 500 domestic flights in Vietnam, including routes from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to major cities such as Haiphong, Da Nang, and Nha Trang, to meet the rising travel demand during the summer vacation.

In addition to having previously increased 1,500 flights (equivalent to 270,000 seats), Vietjet also announced it will further add 500 domestic flights (equivalent to 90,000 seats) in the near future to accommodate the growing market demand during the summer. From June 10, 2015, to December 31, 2015, there will be five additional daily round-trip flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Haiphong. Furthermore, from June 10, 2015, to August 9, 2015, there will be 20 additional daily round-trip flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, 12 additional daily round-trip flights between Hanoi and Da Nang, and five additional daily round-trip flights between Hanoi and Nha Trang.
