Peach Aviation’s “Haneda–Taoyuan” route will commence operations on August 18, marking the first low-cost airline service offering direct flights from Taiwan to Haneda Airport.
According to Japanese media reports, Peach Aviation plans to operate one daily round-trip flight, though the detailed flight schedule has not yet been released. It is reported that the news of the new route was accidentally revealed due to an error in the sales information posted on Peach Aviation’s mobile website. The displayed promotional fare for a round-trip ticket between “Haneda and Taoyuan” was 12,000 Japanese yen (approximately NT$3,010) before tax.
