The Hello Kitty-themed restaurant "Hello Kitty Shabu Shabu Japanese Hot Pot" is confirmed to begin trial operations in Taipei’s East District starting July 7, with online and phone reservations opening from July 1.

According tothe Hello Kitty Shabu Shabu official fan pageannouncement,the trial operation period runs from July 7 to July 21. Walk-ins are not accepted—fans wishing to dine during this period must make prior reservations by phone or online.The restaurant also stipulates that seats are held for only 10 minutes and dining time is limited to 90 minutes, both counted from the reserved time slot.

Starting July 1, phone reservations are available daily from 12 noon to 6 pm (02-2711-5216). Currently, reservations can be made up to September 30. Online reservations need to be checked via the official Hello Kitty Shabu Shabu fan page, but the reservation system URL has not yet been announced.
