Taipei’s “DaJia Riverside Park” unveils a 3-hectare water play area – free to play on July 4 & 5

With summer vacation here, come cool off with some water fun! Starting July 4, Taipei’s Water Resources Department is hosting a water activity event at DaJia Riverside Park. The spacious 3-hectare venue features a 40-meter-long “Bubble Air Mat Walkway” and offers over 20 low-cost amusement facilities. On July 4 and 5, the public can enjoy a free trial experience ahead of the official opening. Online registration is now open with a limit of 300 spots, while on-site registration is capped at 150.

The Water Resources Department stated that this year’s “DaJia Kids’ Fun Water Festival” will run from July 4 to August 31. During the trial operation period on July 4 and 5, the public can enter for free to enjoy the water play. To ensure safety and quality, only three two-hour sessions will be available each day: the first from 9:15 AM–11:30 AM, the second from 1:30 PM–3:30 PM, and the third from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM.
