To celebrate summer vacation, Taipei Zoo will extend its opening hours to 9:00 PM every Saturday in July and August. Popular exhibits such as the Giant Panda House, Dinosaur Museum, and Koala House will also be open in the evening. Additionally, visitors who enter after 4:00 PM can enjoy discounted Starlight Tickets at just NT$30. The Education Center and the Safari Train are free to enter and ride starting from 4:30 PM.

Summer night extension hours: Every Saturday from July to August 22, extended to 9:00 PM.
Starlight Ticket price: NT$30 flat
Ticket sales hours: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Starlight Tickets can be paid with EasyCard)
Summer night visiting route: The Safari Train extends its departure time to 9:00 PM; no charge for riding the train after 4:30 PM on nights when the zoo is open at night.
Note: The Education Center is free after 4:30 PM. For the Safari Train, between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM, the fare (NT$5 per person) is cash only; free rides start after 4:30 PM.

4. Taiwan Native Species Area (please keep quiet when entering animal display areas)

6. Children’s Zoo (please keep quiet when entering animal display areas)
7. Koala House (please keep quiet when entering animal display areas)
8. Amphibian and Reptile House (no entry after 8:45 PM; please keep quiet when entering animal display areas)
9. Safari Train Main Station and Aviary Station
10. Main Pathway from the Main Entrance Plaza to the entrance of the Temperate Zone Slope

During the night opening period, park shops will extend their business hours:
(1) Last rental time for strollers and wheelchairs is 8:00 PM
(2) Shops around the Main Entrance Plaza (including the stroller shop) and the Frog House (Amphibian and Reptile House) will be open until 9:00 PM
(3) Bug Shop (Insectarium) will be open until 8:00 PM
(4) Main Pathway shops (Camel Shop, Hippo Shop) will be open until 7:00 PM
(5) Shops inside the Giant Panda House will be open until 6:10 PM
