New Taipei’s First Riverside Self-Service Visitor Service Center Opens

New Taipei’s first riverside self-service visitor center officially opened on July 20, located in the Xindian Sunshine Sports Park.It provides New Taipei tourism brochures, pamphlets, displays of photography competition works from the park, as well as basic first aid kit services.The center operates on a self-service basis, offering a space for the public to rest and browse information.
The riverside visitor service center marks the first collaboration between the New Taipei City Government and private entities, adding a new leisure spot along the river and serving as a rest stop for travelers. The visitor center features colorful and vibrant container designs, incorporating the creative concept of bicycle wheels that resemble petals forming an interactive display, paired with transparent showcase windows to create a riverside art and cultural exhibition space.

Opening Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Weekends and Holidays 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
