And today, your entertainment reporter is joining the trend and taking you to try fresh meat steak. In Taiwan’s fiercely competitive steak market, there's recently been a surge of Captain America Harley fever...<复仇者联盟>...because the very same heavy-duty Harley Davidson motorcycle that Captain America rode in the movie , unexpectedly can also be seen at No. 168 Steakhouse in Victoria Hotel!! This is the perfect place for everyone to enjoy big bites of meat and big rides on motorcycles!!!

What 168 Steakhouse is most famous for is its ultra-professional two-zone grill — one side is for grilling steaks, and the other is for smoking and infusing aroma.

Next, let me introduce the dishes we had today — first up, the homemade bread~

The appetizer artichoke was really unique, tasting like cooked bamboo shoots mixed with roses. You need to cut it open to eat the more tender inner leaves.

There were so many choices for appetizers~ As for me, the entertainment reporter, my personal favorite was the Hokkaido scallops.

The next salad we had was rather special, because it came with a heated cheese pot on the side~ You can dip it into the hot melted cheese sauce while eating~

Speaking of what makes 168 Steakhouse unique, it’s that the steak comes with six kinds of sauces, three types of salts, and three types of seasonings. My good friend TIGER Yige said that his favorite salt to pair with beef is bamboo leaf salt from Hawaii.

Forgot to mention that today is the first day of the lunar month. TIGER Yige, who usually eats vegetarian, actually broke his vegetarian habit for 168 Steakhouse’s steak~~ Just shows how delicious it is!! (For the ribeye, 3/4-inch thick, it’s recommended to have it medium rare)

For those who don’t dare to eat beef, you can try the Iberico pork here~ and you can even have your own homemade black pork sausage.

As for the filet mignon here, it’s not really my cup of tea!! Because the meat doesn’t really burst with juices~~ It’s a bit dry and tough~ But I heard foreigners love this kind of taste!! I really don’t understand the foreigners’ mindset — of course, the more marbling, the tastier it is!!

Finally, we had dessert. I chose ice cream with a fruit tart.

My friend had an ice cream sundae, which was the perfect ending to the meal.
