Reservations for August and September opened on July 18. Currently, all time slots in August are fully booked, while only weekday lunch, afternoon, and late-night slots remain available in September. October reservations are not yet open but will be announced once confirmed. Although August is fully booked, Xiao Junzhi noted that only about 60% of the restaurant’s 14 tables are available for reservation, with over 40% still open for walk-ins. Moreover, all tables will be available for walk-ins from August 1 to 3.

The Korean Eight-Flavor BBQ uses thick-cut pork belly as its main meat, with its standout feature being eight different flavors of pork belly: ginseng, red wine, pine needle, garlic, floral herb, curry, miso (doenjang), and chili sauce. Each table is served by a dedicated staff member who grills the meat at your table. The staff advised that freshly grilled meat is more tender, and leaving it on the grill too long can make it tougher—so they recommend eating it right after grilling.
