A new youth hostel in Tainan is now in soft opening mode. Single occupancy costs just NT$600 — add just NT$1 for an extra bed.

Another new youth hostel has opened in Tainan. Managed by CY Hotel Group, the Tainan branch of CY Inn is set to open at the end of August. Starting now, they're offering a promotion where you can add an extra bed for just NT$1 — meaning two friends can stay together for only NT$601.

Following the success of the CY Inn Chiayi, the Tainan branch of CY Inn will open at the end of August. With dreamlike creatures as its exterior design theme, much like its counterpart in Chiayi, the interior follows a fresh and clean aesthetic, though with slightly fewer rooms than the Chiayi location. From August 1 to August 31, the regular single-bed rate of NT$600 allows you to add one more bed for just an extra NT$1. Travelers planning a summer trip to Tainan may want to consider this offer.
