Typhoon Soudelor Approaching ! High-Speed Rail Announces Suspension Before 2 PM on the 8th

Due to Typhoon Soudelor, Taiwan High-Speed Rail has announced adjustments to its train schedule. All services before 2 PM on the 8th will be suspended, and operations after 2 PM will be determined based on weather conditions. An update is expected by 8:30 PM on the 7th.
Taiwan High-Speed Rail stated that from the issuance of the maritime typhoon warning until its cancellation, passengers who purchased train tickets during this period can apply for a refund at any THSR station within one year from the travel date if the train operated normally but they did not board, or if there were changes to the train schedule or cancellations. No handling fee will be charged for unused tickets.
