Having explored over 90 ruins and visited around 60 abandoned sites in Taiwan, Qingyuan noted that this selection of Taiwan’s top 10 haunted houses prioritizes rarity and terror. “They’re definitely scarier than Mengjia and Xinglin Hospital.” Qingyuan added that aside from their large scale, the selected haunted houses also have uniquely eerie atmospheres, making them especially worth highlighting for netizens.
Qingyuan also pointed out that although the locations of the selected haunted houses are not disclosed and are quite remote, he would like to remind everyone that
if netizens do manage to find these places, many contain remnants of the previous owners’ lives and work environments. Please do not disturb or damage anything, stay safe during your visit, and maintain respect for the surroundings, nature, and spirits.
