However, the highly popular Soy Sauce King Fried Noodles will continue to be available at the Xinyi Store, while Crispy Fried Tofu with Seaweed will be moved to the Taichung Store. The new chef-recommended dishes at the Suting Store are White Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, Cheese Taro Fritters, and Egg White Almond Tea (hot). Meanwhile, the previous three chef-recommended dishes—Preserved Meat Glutinous Rice, Curry Beef Brisket Ramen, and Crispy Fried Tofu with Seaweed—will no longer be available at the Suting Store after 9/7. However, Crispy Fried Tofu with Seaweed will be moved to the Taichung Store as a new chef-recommended dish.
The three new chef-recommended dishes at the Xinyi Store are Hong Kong-style Curry Pork Skin Fish Balls, Soy Sauce King Fried Noodles, and Taro Sago Soup (hot). Li Yilong, Executive Head Chef of Tim Ho Wan Taiwan, said that Soy Sauce King Fried Noodles is so popular that it has been retained. The other two dishes, Radish Stewed Beef Tripe with Chu Hou Sauce and Salt-and-Pepper Squid Balls, will also no longer be available after 9/7.
As for the Taichung Store, in addition to the Crispy Fried Tofu with Seaweed transferred from the Suting Store, the other two chef-recommended dishes are Premium Soy Sauce Steamed Silver Thread Squid and Winter Melon Snow Fungus Stewed Papaya. The price range for all nine new chef-recommended dishes nationwide is between NT$78 and NT$128.
