Mummy desserts and little devil drinks – hotels’ Halloween treats are super eye-catching!

Spooky Halloween is just around the corner. In addition to night-time parties, why not treat yourself to some adorable Halloween-themed pastries? Major hotels have also rolled out special Halloween treats and a variety of fun events to help everyone celebrate a delightful Halloween!

Taipei Marriott Hotel’s Moment Cafe & Bakery has introduced four Halloween-themed pastries: “Adorable Mummy,” “Skeleton’s Resting Place,” “Skeleton Gentleman,” and “Bloodthirsty Black Widow.” Cocoon Poolside Bar has also launched two Halloween signature drinks, “Devil’s Deal” and “Sweet Little Trickster,” offering a dual experience that stimulates both sight and taste. Additionally, the dessert station at Rainbow Buffet offers a selection of quirky treats such as Halloween-themed lollipops, cupcakes, and pumpkin towers. Taipei Grand Hyatt’s Qixian Bar is also serving Halloween-themed cocktails like “Vampire” and “Shadow,” along with carnival-style meals and beverages—all with a Halloween twist—creating an atmosphere that’s scary yet playful and mischievous.

The pastry kitchen at Regent Taipei has also hosted a “Halloween Pastry Party.” Japanese executive pastry chef Hidekazu Kawakami has dressed up six desserts—soufflés, apple pies, and chocolate cakes have transformed into pumpkin lanterns, mummies, and ghost bats. From October 16 to 31, these treats are available for sale at the Regent Gift Shop on the first floor of the hotel, with each piece starting at NT$160. Join the fun and let your taste buds experience the surprising and playful spooky vibe of Halloween.

To welcome Western Halloween, Shin Kong Shihlin’s “Puno Bakery” has launched several festive new products, including the realistically creepy “Devil’s Fingers,” the sweet “Little Ghost Delight” with hidden chocolate beans inside, as well as “Hot Dog Mummies” and “Pumpkin Cookies.” These new products offer a mix of sweet and savory flavors, featuring both realistic and cute Halloween-themed ingredients and designs, allowing both kids and adults to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere.
