Sun Moon Lake International Music and Fireworks Carnival Kicks Off on October 3

The Sun Moon Lake Music and Fireworks Carnival has entered its 16th year and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. This year, eight fireworks photography enthusiasts from Taiwan Fireworks Photography Information have curated a selection of classic works from past Sun Moon Lake fireworks events to be featured in this exhibition.

Fireworks are an art form that exists only for a moment, but for fireworks photographers, they are magicians who transform fleeting sparks into eternal beauty, turning the night sky’s brilliance into stunning photographs. Fireworks photography is quite challenging and relies heavily on the photographer’s experience and on-site information gathering to increase the chances of capturing the perfect shot. The participating photographers in this exhibition have a combined experience of over a thousand fireworks shoots, and the displayed works are carefully selected from the best of Sun Moon Lake’s historical fireworks imagery.The public can visit and enjoy the exhibition between October 3 and December 27.
