Renowned patissier Domyoji Seiji is collaborating with Uni-President Starbucks for the first time, joining the brand’s new boutique coffee concept store “Longmen Store.” Using Uni-President Starbucks’ classic brews, he reinterprets the “Opera” cake in his signature style, aiming to offer Taiwanese customers a fresh dessert experience. Starting October 6 when the Uni-President Starbucks Longmen Store opens, the public can enjoy 13 of Domyoji Seiji’s customized items.
The 13 customized cakes include: Starbucks Opera (NT$150), Plain Croissant (NT$70), Boule (NT$120), Mushroom and Smoked Sausage Savory Tart (NT$190), Basil Chicken Croissant Sandwich (NT$190), Monsieur French Brioche (NT$280), Valencia Cake (NT$150), Hazelnut Chocolate Cake (NT$150), Lemon Tart (NT$150), Vanilla Mille-Feuille (NT$200), Macaron – Raspberry (NT$90), Macaron – Caramel Sea Salt (NT$90), and Dessert Party (Valencia, Hazelnut Chocolate, Starbucks Opera, NT$300).
