If you’re a gentleman who values refined style, then when it comes to shopping, your top destination should be Jermyn Street in the UK, known as the “men’s wardrobe.” Located in Westminster in the West End of Greater London, this is a “men’s street” beloved by British gentlemen.

Jermyn Street has a long history, dating back to 1664—over 300 years ago. It is said that King Charles II of England granted the Earl of Jermyn the right to develop a plot of land in the city center, which later grew into the global “wardrobe” for men. To honor the Earl of Jermyn, a bronze statue of him was erected in the heart of Jermyn Street in 2002. The street is well known for its men’s goods. Though only a little over 300 meters long, it is lined with globally renowned men’s fashion and accessory brands, many with histories spanning over a century. From custom-made shirts, leather shoes, suits, and hats, to shaving products, tobacco, and pipes—virtually any clothing or accessory a man might need can be found here.

Jermyn Street is one of the most quintessentially British streets in London and all of England. This street has long specialized in serving men, offering fine wines, cigars, tobacco, and custom-tailored suits and shirts. Though not a long street, the prestigious brands located here are enough to keep you busy for an entire day.
