龙潭筹备仓

　　龙潭筹备仓，中华民国。位于桐城市新渡镇龙潭村黄畈村民组筹仓小学院内。建筑坐东南朝西北，前后两进，面阔各七开间，两进之间两侧设厢房，各三开间，两进与厢房建筑将筹备仓组成四合院。筹备仓大门设在西北前进明间，墙壁上嵌有“保捐碑”1通，“特捐碑”2通，“保捐碑”刻当时各保所捐建仓银元数额，“特捐碑”刻有“民国十二年岁次癸亥十二月”。筹备仓廊檐环绕，青石柱础，穿斗构架，小瓦覆顶，风格简洁大方，宽敞精致。从筹备仓内“特捐碑”和“保捐碑”所记，民国十二年，当地保、乡绅为筹备稻谷，赈济灾民以及修桥铺路所需而建该仓。

　　龙潭筹备仓建筑规模较大，保存完好，是研究民国时期桐城经济、社会等状况的实物载体，具有重要的历史价值和文物价值。
