　　永盛楼位于朝水楼南侧，建于清代康熙年间（1662-1622年）。方形土楼，坐南朝北，占地676平方米，建筑面积2128平方米。高4层（14.4米），面宽32米，进深30米，每层3011.内通廊式。设4部楼，1个大门。基墙厚1.4米。内院有1口水井。现无人居住。
