Chenggu Miaoshan Orange Orchard

Qinglong Temple Miaoshan is situated in a shallow hilly region, 15 kilometers away from Chenggu County. Bounded by the Qinling Mountains to the north and ?? River to the south, it enjoys excellent natural conditions and abundant forest and specialty resources, along with beautiful landscapes. The Miaoshan Orange Orchard has a long history of citrus cultivation, dating back 2,000 years. Miaoshan oranges are renowned across northern China for their early ripening, vibrant color, balanced sweet-and-sour flavor, and rich taste. Among them, the “Miyagawa, Okitsu, and Chengmi 02” varieties have been certified as “high-quality fruits” by the Ministry of Agriculture’s Citrus and Seedling Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. A nearly 4,000-acre green citrus fruit base has been established here, which has successfully passed the national certification for green food production bases and products issued by the China Green Food Development Center. Thanks to their delicious taste and high quality, Miaoshan oranges are highly favored by consumers in northwestern, northern, and northeastern China, and are sold in over 50 major and medium-sized cities across Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Liaoning, and other provinces and regions. They are also exported to South Korea and Russia.
