人民公园位于廊坊市中心，它的旁边就是第五大街。公园里用湖水，有亭子。风景非常宜人。特别适合晨练和散步。
是廊坊最早的公园，见证了廊坊城市的发展，同时这里也越来越美丽，人工湖，湖中小岛，音乐喷泉，虽然不是多么新鲜的设施，但是给大众带来了乐趣。
