Desert International Golf Course

　　   Desert International Golf Course is a national AA-level tourist attraction. Located southeast of Karamay city center, on the west side of Yingbin Road. It is an international-standard golf course built in Karamay. The course opened on October 1, 2003. Covering an area of 1 square kilometer, it is an 18-hole, 72-par course that meets international standards, with a total fairway length of 6.52 kilometers. The course features 13 artificial lakes, covering a water area of 86,666 square meters with a water storage capacity of 200,000 cubic meters. It includes a 9-hole floodlit course, a floodlit driving range, and a Japanese-style international-standard clubhouse. The course employs environmentally friendly water recycling technology for turf irrigation and uses high-quality, cold- and drought-resistant grass species imported from Canada, ensuring year-round greenery. It is not only a high-end, fashionable sport offering greenery, oxygen, sunshine, friendship, and health, but also allows you to enjoy the unique natural scenery of desert, lakes, withered trees, and green fields.
