Tadoussac
Tadoussac is a city in the Canadian province of Quebec, located at the confluence of the Saint Lawrence River and the Saguenay River. It was the site of the first trading post established by the French in New France and remained an important trade center throughout the 17th century, making it the oldest continuously inhabited settlement in Canada.

Tadoussac is the oldest town in Canada, dating back to 1599, and is now a popular tourist destination. Undoubtedly, the city is renowned for its diverse and vibrant festivals, such as the Tadoussac Music Festival and art exhibitions in June, and the Migratory Bird Festival in September. There is also a historic chapel, said to be the oldest in North America, which carries history and stands as a witness and symbol of the past.

Tadoussac is a great place to go whale watching and one of the few places in the world where you can see blue whales, beluga whales, humpback whales, and fin whales all in one area. As a result, during the summer months, crowds of tourists flock here to take boat trips to see these wild whales up close.
