Timmins

　　Timmins is a city in the Cochrane District of northeastern Ontario, Canada. It is situated near the Mattagami River (Mattagami River), officially incorporated as a town in 1912 and became a city in 1973.

　　Timmins offers numerous tourist destinations, including the Timmins Museum and National Exhibition Centre, Kamiskotia Snow Resort, and others. Hollinger Park is the city’s main recreational area, divided into two sections: the northern part is a public park, while the southern section is a sports zone equipped with athletic facilities. The La Galeruche Art Gallery is an art gallery dedicated to collecting and showcasing works by local Franco-Ontarian artists, where exhibited pieces are also available for purchase.
