Teresa Teng Memorial Hall

　　Teresa Teng’s voice crossed the Taiwan Strait and touched the hearts of millions. On May 8, 1995, she passed away in Chiang Mai, Thailand, due to an asthma attack, leaving behind an eternal sorrow. Moved by the devotion of her fans, the Teng family chose to lay her to rest in the scenic Jinbaoshan Cemetery. They named and built the “Jun Garden” (筠园), using the “jun” character from her given name. A giant set of piano keys is embedded in the ground of the memorial park, playing beautiful melodies when stepped on. Costumes she wore during performances, casual clothes, her released records, and more are exhibited at the Teresa Teng Memorial Hall, allowing fans from all over the world to visit and remember her.
