Dharma Drum Mountain

　　Dharma Drum Mountain is an influential Buddhist sanctuary in Taiwan, founded by Master Sheng Yen, and is considered one of the four major Buddhist institutions in Taiwan. The sanctuary advocates living in harmony with nature and reflects the idea of keeping pace with the times in its religious architecture. Its temples break away from traditional designs featuring yellow-tiled roofs and upturned eaves, instead seeking spiritual pursuit within nature.
