锣鼓洞位于白云山原始森林观光区鸡脚曼脚下，是白云山景区中少有的山洞景观之一。
锣鼓洞洞高18米，宽17米，深34米，隐现于古树密林之中。
锣鼓洞有二奇：一奇是洞中有一水池，水不盈尺，却神秘之极，无人饮不溢，众人饮不干，其因不得其解。 另一奇是如果有锣鼓铿锵、琴声悠扬的仙乐妙曲从洞中传出，则预示风调雨顺的好年景。
