Xianxiu Bridge
Xianxiu Bridge Scenic Area. The famous Ming Dynasty traveler Xu Xiake, renowned for exploring mountains and rivers across the land, once visited this place. When he stopped at the bottom of the bridge, he was astonished by the cliffside wonders here. The bridge’s formation is so remarkable that it came to be known as Xianxiu Bridge, meaning “Fairy-Built Bridge.” The Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture features unique landforms, extensive karst landscapes, and richly diverse natural scenery, making it a region abundant in tourism resources.
