　　湖东狮球王度假区位于湖东镇区域内，距陆城48公里，区内海岸线长约2.5公里，海中距岸120米处水深才1.4米，沙滩坡度平缓，平均坡度15°，沙白且细。沙滩风景秀丽，有现成的风景林带，海水清澈，海面浪平如镜，有狮球王石、象鼻石、小狮石、古井等自然景观。是发展旅游业以及水上运动的理想场所，区内可开发面积达2.5平方公里。

　　海水清澈，浪平如镜，海中有礁，岸上有奇石。沙滩坡缓而景色迷人。位于岸边礁石上的“古井口”，从井口入而与大海相连。
