邓学先墓位于蒙自县新安所镇南1公里任家坡。圆形围石封土墓，高1米，径3米，碑坊式墓碑，高1.08米，宽85厘米。
邓学先（1801~1831年），字典于，号虹桥，清道光二年（1822年）举人。虹桥善诗文，有《抱其书屋诗集》收入《云南丛书》，后人有集《虹桥遗诗补》一卷。
