在蒙自县城人民西路，由建水绅商所建。清光绪二十九年（1903年）重建。是蒙自诸多会馆中较大的一处。
原有山门，中殿，两厢，后殿等建筑，坐北向南，占地约2000平方米。现存中殿单檐歇山顶，前设卷棚顶廊檐。
