鹫峰寺

鹫峰寺

　　鹫峰寺为古建筑，省级文物保护单位。因倚鹫峰山而得名，因寺内有白塔，又称白塔寺或白塔禅院。在遂宁市蓬溪县城西门外。唐代时为古刹，南宋嘉泰四年（1204年）建白塔，明宣德九年（1434年）邑宰李孚重修寺宇，清代建万年台，形成塔寺结合的古建筑群。

　　主体建筑为四大殿：天王殿、大雄宝殿、毗卢殿、观音殿。集中了几个时代的建筑特色，为古建筑的精华。观音殿后抵鹫峰山，山上有佛骨塔5座，火葬圆寂后的历代宗师。1983年将天王殿移建在赤城湖清幽岛上。
