赭山风景区

　　赭山风景区位于安徽省芜湖市镜湖区内，古人称赞赭山是江城的“雄山”历来享有“玉峰”、“百尺浮图”之美誉，被视为芜湖的象征。山不在高，有仙则名。赭山拥有“四时不谢之花，终年常青之树。”，自古以来，就以它独特的风姿吸引游人，历代诸多文人名士都登临赭山，留下许多脍炙人口的诗文。

　　赭山不高，却是俯视江城芜湖的最佳境地。相传，干将在邻近铸剑，炉火将此山熏映成赭色而得名，宋代著名书法家黄庭坚也曾在此处居住，景区现为国家4A景区。

　　赭山公园规划用地中有10亩地块用于水面扩建，并打通与原有水面的连接，形成20多亩地的水体景观带。同时，将小赭山西面高10米、长70米左右的挡土墙改建成一条人工瀑布。
